Hand of Kairos (Gallifrite) is known for being particularly difficult to mine. Esimar has mentioned many times that the clicky-clackies have a nasty habit of phasing out of time just before being excavated. It is not uncommon for our Hoard Master to work with local wizards having them tamp down any temporal turbulence in the immediate area when he begins to mine a vane of these wonderfully unique jewels.

Description:
The caster, smashing the hour glass and pouring its contents into a circle around them, slides backwards through time to the moment before initiative is rolled for the current engagement or 5 minutes (which ever is shorter). They automatically have a bonus action prior to initiative being rolled, and while for all other participants of the engagement it is as if nothing happened with all aspects of their character reverting to its state prior to the engagement and no memory of the engagement; for the caster, they retain their state and memories from the moment of casting.
With the use of a carefully crafted canister of temporal stability samples of Gallifrite were sent to the wizards at the Biblioteca de Encantos they were able to uncover additional powers these stones can inspire.
